From the moment he was introduced, Darkonda had his own agenda. At first, he was an eager bounty hunter willing to serve Astronema and Dark Specter. As time went on , he plotted to become Monarch of Evil himself by piloting a Velocifighter with a planet destroying missile to shoot at Dark Specter. He succeed in destroying him but at his own demise.

Deviot always had his own agenda. He plotted the death of Scorpius and even tried to kill Trakeena. He plotted the use power of the cocoon to enhance his strength and actually succeed but ended up using it to fuse with Trakeena.

At first glance, you see a loyal robot willing to serve his master Ransik but don't let him fool you. Frax plotted to destroy Ransik for nearly killing him many years ago and forcing him to make himself into a robot. In the end, he was brainwashed to pilot a robot to destroy Silver Hills and met his own demise at the hands of the Red Ranger and the Q-Rex.

| Vexacus Vexacus was an alien bounty hunter and an enemy of Lothor. After his plan to steal Skyla's powers failed, he joined Lothor's forces. While in Lothor's ranks he plotted to kill all of Lothor's generals including Zurgane and Motodrone. He planned on taking over Lothor's army and even teamed up Marah and Kapri but his plan backfired on him when they turned on him. |

| Zeltrax |
At first, Zeltrax was a very loyal general to Mesogog but when one of his plans to destroy Tommy Oliver backfired, he went rogue. He plotted to gain the powers of a Tree with extraordinary powers (which Mesogog also wanted) and gained an ultimate form. In the final battle he kidnapped Elsa and piloted his own Zelzord which was destroyed the rangers by setting their own zords on self-destruct. He was destroyed by Tommy Oliver and Kira Ford.

Broodwing was an intergalactic merchant who's loyalty came to anyone who could afford it. His most used customer was Emperor Gruumm but when he refused to pay for his services he went rogue. He has his own plans to take over Earth and also succeed in taking over the SPD Base but his plans were thwarted and his was confined.

Imperious was once known as Calindor who betrayed the Mystic in the great battle to join the Morlocks. He was revived and took over as The Master's right hand man after the Morticon was destroyed. He plotted to kill The Master and take his place but when Koragg returned, he plotted to gain his favor. He plotted to steal The Legend Warrior powers from the Mystic Ranger and succeed. He challenged Daggeron to a bound battle and he lost and turned to dust.

General Shifter was a loyal general to the Venjix Computer Network but when a Attack Bot he created attacked Venjix (Tenaya sabotaged it) he was banished. He planned on taking the City of Corinth for himself and used the Hyperbot to take over Corinth. After his Hyperbot was destroyed he used a key from the Hyperbot and powered himself up. His plans were finally thwarted and he was destroyed.
